The implementation and equipping of the Abdul Kafi neighborhood clinic complex in Sebha, as part of the efforts to develop the health infrastructure, continues under the direct supervision of Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa, the patron of youth and development projects, through the executive management ofNational Development Agency.

The current phase includes pouring the foundation columns and installing wooden beams for the basement, in preparation for the completion of the structure.

Built over three floors, the complex aims to provide integrated medical services that meet the needs of the city’s residents and neighboring areas, enhancing the quality and accessibility of healthcare.
