The executive management of the National Development Agency (NDA) is working to finalize the last executive stages related to the restoration and maintenance of the ancient mosque in Sirte. This mosque is part of a series of mosques maintained and equipped by the National Agency in the city of Sirte and others, but this mosque has a historical significance, which is evidenced by the historical inscriptions in the mosque. The agency worked on restoring and preserving them in order to preserve this historical significance.

As we refer to these maintenance works, we would like to note that the executive administration is closely following the stages of maintenance, taking into account the handover of the mosque to the Awqaf Agency concerned with reopening it with the first days of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
