On the occasion of the Prophet’s Birthday, the Executive Director of the National Development Agency, on behalf of himself and on behalf of the NDA family, extends his congratulations and blessings to the honorable Libyan people and the members of our Libyan Arab Armed Forces, asking the Almighty Allah to make this blessed occasion a source of goodness, prosperity, and peace for our country.

The National Development Agency is also honored to congratulate and appreciate the Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, and his deputy, Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, praying to Allah to grant them success in their great national tasks, and to protect Libya and its people from all evil.
