The five-a-side soccer field in the Thalathin area of Sirte municipality has been completed, as part of a series of other stadiums that the National Development Agency (NDA) supervised the construction of as part of its support for youth and the establishment of infrastructure to practice their sports activities and develop their soccer skills. This comes as part of the strategic plans supported and supervised by General Saddam Haftar (patron of youth and development projects).

It is noteworthy that the National Agency has made supporting the sports sector part of its integrated strategic plans, which accompany support for the health and education sectors, through which it seeks to enhance support and developmental constructions for these sectors, which will play a major role in the future Libyan future.
