Based on the instructions of the General Command and under the follow-up and supervision of Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa, French companies started building a new bridge in the city of Sirte in the Zaafran neighborhood, called “#Martyrs of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous” above Zaafran Island as part of the agency’s plan to solve the city’s infrastructure and road issues.
