
In implementation of the directives of the General Command, and as part of its continuous efforts to implement specialized dispatch and qualification programs, National Development Agency celebrated the graduation of a new batch of Libyan students sent to the United ATS Academy in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as part of a training program in the field of aviation information (AIS) for Sirte Bay International Airport.
This program is part of a comprehensive plan supervised by the agency to qualify national cadres in various vital sectors, especially the aviation sector, with the aim of filling technical gaps and raising the efficiency of employees in national institutions.
The graduation ceremony, held at the Academy’s headquarters in Cairo on Thursday, May 1, 2025, was attended by an official delegation from National Development Agency that included the ECA’s legal advisor and general supervisor of training, as well as the director general of Sirte Bay Airport and the civil aviation representative, Benghazi Administration.
The ceremony included welcoming speeches and a moving speech by one of the graduates, followed by the distribution of certificates amid a festive atmosphere, in which everyone expressed appreciation for National Development Agency ‘s efforts in supporting and rehabilitating Libyan youth.
Through its executive management, National Development Agencyreaffirms its commitment to continue implementing external dispatch programs that include aviation and other sectors, believing in the importance of investing in the human element as a key pillar of national development.
