The National Development Agency (NDA) Services Department team went to Harawa municipality, which is adjacent to Sirte municipality, as part of the frequent work of the NDA that comes in the context of cleaning the cities overlooking the coastal road in the first place, as well as working to remove the accumulated garbage dumps, level and remove the adjacent trees … It is considered useless by harming the appearance of the public road and obstructing traffic in those locations.

It should be noted that the Executive Department of the National Development Agency seeks, through its tasks assigned to it, to provide its various services, whether within the city of Sirte or in neighboring areas and municipalities where the public interest requires it to provide extensive cleaning work as part of its strategic plans to preserve the appearance of cities and enhance their cleanliness from garbage dumps and absurd waste due to the accumulation of remnants of maintenance and renovation work in various residences.
