The ship “Milla Moon Lome” belonging to the Turkish company “Prodar” docked at Sirte Free Zone Port today, loaded with more than 70 containers of modern equipment and machinery dedicated to construction and construction work, including equipment for international stadium projects, especially the Sirte International Stadium and Ajdabiya International Stadium, as well as equipment for the finishing of the Sirte Port Hotel, in addition to equipment for the Sirte Port Hotel.

The port witnessed an official reception ceremony attended by the Libyan government’s Minister of Transport andThe Executive Director of the National Development Agency, as well as a number of officials from local administrations in Sirte, crowds of residents and representatives of youth organizations such as the Red Crescent and the city’s scouts, in a festive atmosphere reflecting the importance of the event to the region.

This event comes within the framework of efforts to reactivate Sirte Port after years of suspension due to neglect, under the direct guidance of the General Command, as one of the most important strategic projects to support the national economy and promote the development and reconstruction plans led by National Development Agency.
