The National Development Agency and Business France Organize the Libyan–French Business Forum in Paris

Paris – The National Development Agency and Business France organized the Libyan–French Business Forum for Construction and Development in Paris, in the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Thierry Vallat, Ambassador of the French Republic to Libya, and with the participation of several French companies seeking to enter the Libyan market, alongside representatives from the Libyan side.

The forum focused on presenting ready-to-execute projects across various vital sectors and discussing partnership opportunities within flexible cooperation models with international partners.

The Director General of the Agency, Dr. Mahmoud al-Ferjani, emphasized that the Agency is implementing a broad development program involving numerous projects across Libya, with operations expanding in the central and southern regions to enhance local development and consolidate stability.

The Agency’s teams also reviewed the progress of work in several sectors, including infrastructure, education, health, urban development, agriculture, and industry, as part of Vision 2030 to improve quality of life and support sustainable growth.

The forum garnered significant interest from French companies, which expressed admiration for the level of achievement and the scale of projects implemented by the Agency, as well as the genuine opportunities provided for partnership and entry into the Libyan market.
The forum included specialized sessions and bilateral (B2B) meetings aimed at moving toward building practical and executable partnerships.
