The Sharqiya Municipality in Umm Al-Arbanb witnessed the inauguration of the Omar Al-Mukhtar Basic Education School after completing its maintenance, development and integrated equipment, as part of the educational projects implemented by the National Development Agency under the auspices and support of the General Command.

The school consists of one floor and includes 12 classrooms equipped with educational and administrative facilities, providing a modern educational environment that contributes to improving the educational process in the region.

The project is part of the National Development Agency’s efforts to rehabilitate more than 160 educational institutions in the cities and towns of southern Libya, as part of a comprehensive plan that aims to upgrade the educational infrastructure and provide a safe and stimulating study environment, in support of development, stability and improving educational services across the country.
