In the context of the implementation of Vision 2030 launched by the National Development Agency (NDA). A number of signing ceremonies were held at the headquarters of the national agency, including projects:

1- Constructing the Batal Al-Abur Bridge in Sebha.
2- Completing the second phase of the SSS road “Sirte-Sukna-Sebha” with a length of 182 km.
3- Developing Sirte’s commercial port.

These agreements represent a developmental step towards improving transportation networks and ports. and promote economic activity. It is also the result of joint cooperation and communication between the National Development Agency (NDA) and The Ark of Egypt.

The agreements were signed in the presence of the Executive Director of the National Development Agency (Dr. Mahmoud Milad Al-Farjani), representing the Libyan side. In the presence of the CEO of The Arc (Eng. A representative of the Egyptian company THE ARK for the Egyptian side.

These strategic projects come based on the instructions of the General Commander, Field Marshal Khalifa Belqasem Haftar. Under the direct supervision of Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa. Chief of Staff of the Land Forces (sponsor of youth and development projects).
