The National Development Agency (NDA) reminds all citizens, foreigners, residents and users of the international highway who own land adjacent to public roads, of the need to fully comply with the rules of the road sanctuary, which is set at 50 meters, distributed by 20 meters from the middle of the road in each direction, in addition to 30 meters as an additional sanctuary in both directions based on the Public Road Law No. (46) of 1975.

The competent authorities also confirm that the 20-meter area following the 50-meter area can be used for construction under official approvals and under specific conditions that will be announced later.

Clear regulatory restrictions will soon be imposed and strict controls and deterrent measures will be imposed against any violations or violations, in the framework of protecting the public interest and organizing urban expansion in line with the approved urban planning standards so that any violator of the law is not subject to removal or stopping construction.
This enhances safety and security on the highway and protects everyone.
