بدعم من الفريق أول صدام خليفة: انطلاق عمليات زراعة الكُلى داخل مستشفى بن سينا

Under the patronage of the National Development Agency (NDA), and with the direct support of Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa, Deputy Commander-in-Chief and patron of youth and development projects, the official launch of the kidney transplant project at Bin Sina Hospital took place this evening.

The project was carried out by the Arab Specialized Medical Group from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in cooperation with the medical and paramedical staff of the Nephrology and Urology Department at Bin Sina Hospital.

The first two operations are scheduled to take place tomorrow morning, after the completion of all the necessary histological matching procedures and laboratory tests for donors with kidney failure. The first operation will be carried out using the traditional surgical method, while the second will be performed using the laparoscopic technique.

The ceremony honored the pioneers and supporters of this project, in recognition of their generosity and efforts, and reinforced the conviction that kidney transplantation is not just a surgical operation, but a system of human values that restores hope and gives patients a new chance at life.
